Objective To establish length-weight index of fetus at birth on mother's delivery age. Methods By cross-sectional time cluster samples survey method,16388 newborn of Shenzhen two Hospitals from 2013 to 2015 were carried out the measurements of physical growth. Results The mean value and standard deviation of the five length-weight indexes( Quetelet Index,QI; Kaup Index,KI; Rohrer Index,RI; Livi Index,LI; Polock Index,PI) about fetus at birth on mother's delivery age were established in Shenzhen.Fetus' indexes value of QI,KI,RI,LI,PI at birth were lowest, whose mothers' delivery age less than 19; Along with the increase of mother's delivery age, fetus' index value at birth was increasing. On the group of 36 years old,the index value was the largest, and it increased 3. 69,3. 63,0. 07,0. 27,208. 64 in QI,KI,RI,LI,PI respectively than the group of less than 18 years old,and the difference were statistically significant. On the each group of mother's delivery age more than 36,the five indexes value was declining. The values of QI and PI in boys were bigger than those of girls, and the difference was statistically significant in ten groups. The values of RI and LI in boys were lower than those of girls, and the difference as statistically significant in eleven groups. Conclusion Along with the increasing of delivery age,the density of body, enrichment degree and symmetry of fetus were improved continually. The mother delivery age was the important influence factor of fetus intrauterine physical growth and development.
