背景 黑皮质素系统在调节能量平衡、食物摄取、心血管功能和性功能中起重要作用,近年来发现其在神经病理性疼痛中也发挥着重要作用,尤其是黑皮质素-4受体(melanocortin receptor 4,MC4R). 目的 阐明MC4R在神经病理性疼痛发生发展中的作用及机制,为寻找神经病理性疼痛的新靶点提供思路。 内容 MC4R与阿片受体、P38有丝分裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen-activated protein kinase,MAPK)、神经肽Y(neuropeptide tyrosine Y,NPY)、降钙素基因肽(calcitonin gene-related protein,CGRP)等相互作用,参与神经病理性疼痛的产生和维持。主要综述近几年来MC4R在神经病理性疼痛中的研究进展。趋向 黑皮质素受体很可能是潜在的治疗神经病理性疼痛的新靶点。
Background Melanocortin system plays an important role in regulating energy homeostasis,food intake,cardiovascular function and sexual function,which has been found to contribute to neuropathic pain in recent years,especially melanocortin receptor-4 (MC4R).Objective To clarify the role and mechanism of MC4R in the development of neuropathic pain,and provide new therapeutic targets for neuropathic pain.Content MC4R may interact with P38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK),neuropeptide tyrosine Y (NPY),calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) et al,and involve in the generation and maintenance of neuropathic pain.In this paper,a review concerning the recent research in neuropathic pain was made.Trend Melanocortin recrptor is probably a potential new target in the treatment of neuropathic pain.
