The United States Book Exchange （USBE） , as a nonprofit and non-governmental organization, has formed a benign mode for resource construction, which is co-operation and sharing with objective libraries. Through both paid and free service models, USBE provides publication exchange and donation service for libraries and information service agencies around the woad. Its independent, commercial and welfare characters also have inspirations to library＇s publication exchange of our country. Our libraries should attract community forces to involve in the operation and management of publication exchange programs, enhance the international communication of culture through the exchange of publications, and promote knowledge poverty-relief work in underdeveloped areas through the donation program.
