提出一种可对复杂零件在切削加工过程中的物理特征进行仿真的有效方法。该方法将复杂的切削过程抽象为二维切削模型,利用专用切削仿真软件进行建模计算,以获得切削力、切削温度数据,利用通用有限元软件对零件和刀具三维实体在切削力、切削热作用下的状态进行仿真,从而实现了复杂零件切削过程的物理仿真。以磁盘驱动架零件为例,介绍了仿真的实现流程。仿真结果对加工工艺优化具有重要的指导意义。
An effective method was presented to simulate the physical characteristics of complex parts in the cutting process. A 2-D cutting model was built by abstracting the complex cutting process. The special cutting simulation software was used to calculate the cutting force and temperature, and the common finite element software was used to simulate the physical conditions of 3- D parts and tools in the affect of cutting force and cutting heat. So the physical simulation of cutting process of complex parts can be realized. Taking a hard disk drive part as an example, the implement process of simulation was introduced. The simulation results are meaningful to the cutting process optimization.
