目的:优化微波辅助提取瑞香狼毒总黄酮的工艺条件。方法:采用正交实验方法,考察料液比、溶剂乙醇浓度、微波功率、提取时间对总黄酮得率的影响,确定微波辅助提取瑞香狼毒总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。结果:微波辅助提取瑞香狼毒总黄酮的最佳条件为料液比1:25、乙醇体积分数90%、微波功率900W、提取时间60s,总黄酮平均得率为33.184mg/g。结论:微波辅助法提取瑞香狼毒总黄酮简单、易行,且快速、节能,值得推广应用。
Aim: To investigate the optimal conditions of microwave-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from stellera chamaejasme L. . Methods: The orthogonal test method was employed to study the effects of the solvent concentration,sol-id to liquid ratio,microwave power,and irradiation time on the total flavonoid content,and determine the optimum condi-tions of microwave-assisted extraction stellera chamaejasme L. . Results: The optimal conditions for microwave-assisted ex-traction of total flavonoids from stellera chamaejasme L. was 90% solvent concentration,solid-liquid ratio of 1: 25,the mi-crowave power of 900 W,irradiation time of 60 s,and the total flavonoids average yield was 33. 184 mg / g.
