As a cooperative organization, Academy Union is connected to enterprises, universities and research institutions. It presents different characteristics and performances facing the different regional development environment. From the reality of Academy Union and the strategic cooperation framework of the Academy Union in Hangzhou, this paper analyzes the synergies and collaborative innovation performance. In the end, it provides some fundamental paths to optimize the collaborative innovation performance.
