本文以环境动态性为调节变量,构建了网络关系强度对组织学习影响的概念模型。通过多元线性回归分析,对网络关系强度如何影响组织学习的问题进行了实证研究,得出以下结论:弱关系有利于探索式学习,环境动态性对网络关系强度与探索式学习的关系调节效应不显著;强关系有利于利用式学习,环境动态性对网络关系强度与利用式学习的关系具有调节效应,在稳定的环境下,强关系对企业利用式学习具有更大的影响作用。本文的结论对企业组织学习理论和实践具有一定的指导意义。
Taking the environmental dynamics as adjustment variable,the paper establishes the concept modal of the effects of the network tie strength on organizational learning.By multi-linear regression analysis,it conducts empirical study to how the network tie strength affects organizational learning,and it reaches the following conclusions:weak tie facilitates exploration learning,and the adjustment effect of environmental dynamics on network tie strength and exploration learning is not obvious;Strong tie facilitates exploitation learning,and the environmental dynamics has adjustment effects on the relationship between network tie strength and exploitation learning.Under stable context,the strong tie has bigger effects on the exploitation learning of enterprises.The conclusions reached in this paper have certain guiding significance to the theory and practice of enterprise organizational learning.
