关系强度是创新网络研究中最受关注的特征变量,但现有关系强度的研究大多简单沿用了社会学的测量方法,没有形成客观反映企业创新网络特征的关系强度测量模型。本文在总结现有研究的基础上,利用访谈和预备性研究初步确定了企业创新网络关系强度测量的题项,并采用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析对量表进行实证检验,最终形成了一个包括接触时间、投入资源、合作交流范围和互惠性4个维度、13个题项的企业创新网络关系强度测量量表。本文的结论为企业创新网络的理论研究提供了可操作化基础,也为企业界了解和管理自身创新网络提供了理论依据和指导。
Network tie strength has always been a focus question in sociological studies and widely applied in theories and practices of enterprise network.However,measurement of enterprise network tie strength has not been completely proved.For further research in theories and practices of enterprise network tie strength,using qualitative study,this study develops the initial network tie strength scale on the basis of existing studies.Using EFA and CFA,we do empirical study to test the scale and then form the final network tie strength scale which includes four dimensions with 13 indicators.The results and conclusions of this paper provide operability basis for study of enterprise network tie and give enterprises some practice guidance for understanding and managing their network.
