针对传统感应加热电源频率跟踪响应慢、跟踪误差大的问题,提出了一种结合二分法和PI控制的频率跟踪算法。通过二分法快速地将工作频率调整到谐振频率附近。再运用PI数字锁相控制实现稳定的频率跟踪。使用功率为1kW的高频感应加热电源进行实验,结果表明该算法具有启动快、跟踪精度高的优点。
Against the frequency tracking problem such as slow response, big error during traditional induction heating power supply operation, a frequency tracking algorithm combined of dichotomy and PI control is presented.The work- ing frequency is fast adjusted near the resonant frequency by using dichotomy, then the stable frequency tracking is realized by using PI digital phase-locked control.Experiment with a 1 kW high frequency induction heating power is tested, the results show that the algorithm has the advantages of quick start, high tracking precision.
