The application of electromicroscope technical for experimental acupuncture is a feasible method. Unfortunately, the current researches in this area is very rare. This manuscript reviews 28 articles in the last 10 years on this theme. The scope of applying electromicroscope technical in experimental acupuncture including inflammatory bowel diseases, oculopathy due to diabetics, myocardia ischemia, spinal cord injury, vascular or aging dementia etc.
