The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the CPC puts forward a new reference of ＂accelerating the development of modern vocational education＂,giving the vocational education new connotation and goal,which reflects the new requirements for the development of vocational education reform in China. As a pearl of the economic circle between Beijing and Tianjin,Zhangjiakou should make full use of its resources on the basis of the implementation of practical measures,develop the higher vocational education reasonably and effectively and lay stress on the connotation of modern higher vocational education. To cultivate more excellent talents for the regional economic growth in Zhangjiakou is the responsibility of higher vocational education institutions of the city.
