The order-based cultivating mode is implemented and popularized in higher vocational colleges widely,and is more and more welcome in the enterprises and colleges because of the successful cases. At the same time it also exposes some problems gradually. This article researches and analyses the order-based cultivating mode briefly. It also gives some advice for the further development of the relevant problem.
