为了提高高锰钢抗高冲击和强凿削磨损能力,在高锰钢的基础上,适当降低碳、锰含量,并加入适量的铬、钼、稀土等元素,研发了奥氏体合金化Mn8钢。常规Mnl3钢作为对比试样进行了动载磨料磨损试验及磨损后磨面硬度和磨损质量损失分析,利用x射线衍射仪、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)等材料测试技术分析了Mn8钢冲击磨损后磨面的相成分、组织形貌和微区成分组成。试验结果表明,Mn8钢奥氏体组织均匀,晶粒较细,碳化物以网状和短链状弥散分布在晶内,其力学性能优于Mnl3钢,Mn8钢中添加了适量的铬和钼元素,阻碍了粒状碳化物的聚集,提高了材料的韧性,Mn8钢的耐磨性和硬度随着冲击磨损功的增大而增强。
Aiming to enhance the high impact abrasive wear resistance of high manganese steel, the alloyed austenite Mn8 steel was developed with adding Cr, Mo and RE and slightly reducing C and Mn. The hardness and impact abrasive wear behaviors of Mn8 steel was investigated and compared with Mnl3 steel. The worn surface morphology and micro-zone chemical element composition were analyzed with X-ray diffractometer, SEM and EDS tester. The results show that the mechanical properties of the alloyed austenite Mn8 steel is superior to Mnl3 steel for that the microstructure is consist of fine and homogeneous austenite and reticular and short chain carbides dispersively distributed. While the suitable amount of chromium and molybdenum added in Mn8 steel, granular carbide aggregation is hindered, and the toughness is improved. The wear resistance and hardness of the worn surface are improved while the impact energy increases from 1 J to 3 J.
