同贝同步装卸是集装箱码头一种新的作业组织模式,可以大幅度提高码头装卸效率,本文建立了同贝同步装卸调度整数规划模型,通过优化同贝同步作业每贝中舱和栈的装卸作业顺序,减少岸桥的作业时间;同时,通过优化堆场的集装箱装船顺序,降低堆场场桥的翻箱时间,进而减少船舶在港时间.针对该模型的特点推导出了该问题的一个理论下界值,并设计了遗传算法进行求解,通过与理论下界值以及与现行调度方法的对比实验,显示了模型与算法的有效性与实用性.
Integrated loading and unloading operation is a new operating strategy in container terminals, which can improve the efficiency of container terminal loading and unloading significantly. This paper formulates a mixed integer programming model for the integrated loading and unloading operation. The crane operating time is reduced through optimizing the loading and unloading sequence for the hatches and stacks in each ship-bay; at the same time, through optimizing the loading sequence for containers in the container yards, the rehandling time in container yards is reduced, thus the ship's turnaround time is reduced. According to the characteristics of the model, a lower bound for the problem is derived, and a genetic algorithm is proposed to solve this model. The numerical experiments show that the model and algorithm presented in this paper are effective and practical compared with the lower bound and the operation method used currently.
