将信息物理融合系统(cyber-physical system,CPS)概念和感知控制论(perceptual control theory,PCT)相结合提出PCCPS模型,再与化工过程特点相结合,构建具有环境监测、信息共享、故障预测、故障诊断和基于知识操作建议的化工过程安全运行信息物理融合系统模型。在相关研究基础上,以环己烷无催化氧化过程PCCPS监控系统为例,阐述模型的应用,为进一步研究提供借鉴。化工过程安全运行物理信息融合系统的实现将提高化工过程连续、高效和安全运行。
APCCPS model is proposed by integrating Cyber-Physical System( CPS) concepts with characteristics of Perceptual Control Theory( PCT). It is then combined with the characteristics of chemical processes to establish a CyberPhysical System for the safe operation of chemical processes based on the knowledge of operation suggestions,which has the ability of sensing surroundings,faults prediction and faults diagnosis. On the basis of relevant theoretical researches,an un-catalyzed oxidization CPS monitoring system for cyclohexane is analyzed and interpreted. The implementation of this CPS system will improve the continuity,efficiency and safety of the chemical processes.
