研究具有倾斜传感器的三维方向磁传感器电路设计。首先,三维磁传感器HMC1043测量地磁场的三个分量差分输出,被AD7714放大采样存储到单片机中;其次,倾角传感器输出与磁传感器的倾角成正比的脉冲信号,脉冲信号高电平被单片机内部定时/计数器计算出存储在单片机内;最后,单片机通过串口将数据传送到PC机进行处理和显示。文章利用传感器的复位/置位电路有效地提高传感器的灵敏度,同时还对此进行了仿真。此外,通过软件方法消除电桥偏置电压。
A circuit design of 3 - D orientation sensor is studied in this paper. Firstly, the 3 - D magnetic sensor of HMC1043 measures the earth magnetic density which is transfered to difference voltage signal output. Then the signal is magnified by amplifier and sampled by A/D. Secondly, the 2 - D inclinometer outputs the pulse signal which is proportional to tilt angle. And then the high level is calculated by counters/timers of MCU. The Reset/Set coil of the magnetic sensor improves the sensitivity. Those data are transfered to PC to be processed and displayed. The offset voltage is removed by soft method. Moreover, the simulation has been executed by Set/Reset circuit.
