英文摘要：

This paper points out the path dependence of water conservation in the implementation process of the virtual water trade according to the functional mechanism of technological progress on regional economic development. And then,based on information economics and welfare economics,it analyzes the effect of the implementation of virtual water trade on water saving technology progress and introduction promotion and the internal transmission mechanism to finally promote the regional economic growth. The results show that reasonable adjustment of water prices can effectively stimulate the water saving behavior in the virtual water trade,and promote the promotion of water-saving technology through financial subsidies to build reasonable water price sharing mechanism,thus promoting water conservation and economic development.
