用EDTA溶腔-凝胶法,以氧化锌和硫酸铁为主要原料制备纳米级ZnFe2O4粉末。通过DTA、XRD、SEN等手段对纳米粒子及中间体进行了表征,其结果表明,在800℃焙烧2h即可制得粒度均匀、晶型完整的纳米ZnFe2O4晶体。以ZnFe2O4纳米粉为气教材料制备了厚膜气体传感器,测试了元件的气敏性能。结果表明ZnFe2O4材料在560℃的低温下即可对NO2产生一定的敏感性。
In this paper, using ZnO and Fe2(SO4)3 as raw materials, an EDTA complexing sol-gel method was employed to prepare nanoscale ZnFe2O4 powders. The samples were characterized, by DTA, XRD, SEM. The result shows that the powders exhibited an almost homogeneous microstracture and high crystallinity. The nanosized ZnFe2O4 powders were used as the thick film materials for fabrication of NOx sensor, and examined its sensing performances.
