研究了烧结助剂Li2O对Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9性能的影响。体密度与SEM测试结果表明,添加约3%(摩尔分数)Li后,1450℃烧结试样的相对密度达到了98%,与传统固相反应1600℃烧结的Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9相当,说明试样的致密烧结温度降低了约150℃,烧结致密同时Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9的平均晶粒尺寸仅为5μm,较纯Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9(10μm)明显细化且有良好的机械强度。通过XRD图谱分析可知,在1450℃添加烧结助剂烧结使Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9致密化的同时并无新相出现,Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9仍为萤石结构的单相。交流阻抗谱结果表明,添加3%(摩尔分数)Li的Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9与1600℃烧结的纯Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9相比电导率增大同时活化能降低。Li2O是一种效果良好的烧结助剂。
Li2O doped Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9 ceramic samples were prepared by solid state reaction. Effect of La2O additive on phase structure, density and electric properties of Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9 were investigated by XRD, SEM and EIS. The results show that addition of 3 mol% Li can reduce sintering temperature to 1450℃, reaching 98% of theoretical density. The results of XRD indicate that no new phase appears and Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9 is still fluorite structure. AC impedance spectroscopy shows that addition of 3 mol% Li enhances the bulk conductivities and lowers the activation energy compared to the pure Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9 sintered at 1600℃. Li2O doping is very effective in promoting the densification of CGO when a dopant Li2O concentration is more than 1.5mol%.
