汽车尾气中的有害物主要有CO、HC、NOx、SOx以及一些微粒物质,给人类赖以生存的大气环境带来了严重的危害。用氧传感器对汽车发动机的空燃比进行调节,控制发动机中的燃烧过程,可以达到减少污染和节约能源的双重目的。目前适用于汽车空燃比控制的传感器主要有三种:氧化物半导体型(TiO2传感器)、浓差电池型(ZrO2氧传感器)、极限电流型。本文在介绍了这三种汽车用氧传感器的原理、结构的基础上,重点介绍了一种新型极限电流型氧传感器一致密扩散障碍层极限电流型氧传感器,并简要分析了其发展趋势。
The pollutants in automobile waste gas mainly are CO, HC, NOx, SOx and some particulates. The wastes seriously pollute our living environment. Adjustment of the ratio of air and fuel with oxygen sensors can control the combustion process in engine in order to reduce pollution and save energy. At present oxygen sensors used in controlling the ratio of air and fuel can be divided into three types: oxide semiconductor sensor, oxygen concentration cell type sensor and limiting diffusion current sensors. In this paper, on the basis of introduction of working mechanism and construction of three kinds of sensors, a new type limiting current oxygen sensors with chemical diffusion barrier is introduced in detail. The future development trend is also predicted.
