基于系统级故障诊断与局域波理论,提出了一种全新的故障模式确定方法。对于机械设备的振动信号,通过局域波法得到的局域波时频图像能够同时在时间和频率上反映信号能量的变化。不同故障信号的局域波时频图像也明显不同,因此可以用来进行故障的判别。以振动信号分析结果作为输入量,应用于系统级故障诊断。首先将用于计算机网络的系统级故障诊断应用到往复压缩机组中来,建立可诊断图,获得故障源所在。系统级故障诊断的应用有效地解决了往复压缩机组的结构复杂性问题,对大型机组运行监测和故障诊断有一定的借鉴作用。
A new fault mode determination method is proposed based on system-level fault diagnosis and local wave method. By local wave time-frequency spectrum, the power fluctuation of the vibration signal can be reflected on time and frequency domain. The obviously distinguished spectrum of various fault signals can be applied in fault dif- ferentiation. The analysis result of the vibration signal is used as the input of system-level fault diagnosis. Firstly, the system-level fault diagnosis theory is applied in reciprocating compressor fault diagnosis. Through establishing and solving the diagnosis chart, the fault root can be found. Application of the system-level fault diagnosis in reciprocating compressor that is rather complex in construction provides certain effective reference in fault diagnosis and supervision of huge-scaled industrial equipment.
