Negacyclic codes of arbitrary lengths over the polynomial residue ring Fq＋uFq＋…＋uk-1Fq were studied. By means of the finite ring theory, the structure of negacyclic codes over the ring of arbitrary lengths was given. The Hamming distance of negacyclie codes of length ps over the ring was also studied.
