The relationship between cyclic codes and（1＋u）-constacyclic codes over the ring F2^m＋uF2^m is studied,where u^2=0.The Gray images of（1＋u）-constacyclic codes over F2^m＋uF2^mare determined by using a map fromF2^m＋uF2^mto F22 m.Further,it is proved that cyclic self-dual codes of any odd length over F2^m＋uF2^mare Type I codes.
