针对密立根油滴实验在数据处理上计算量大、原理理解困难等问题,结合大学生实际软件操作能力,提出用Excel和Origin两种方法快速运算实验数据,并通过Origin强大的绘图功能分析实验原理。结果表明,Excel与Ori-gin通过简单易懂的公式编辑实现了高效的数据计算;Origin的计算及作图功能直观解释了油滴实验的要求及实验重难点。应用这两种方法,对实验原理的理解及创新意识的培养具有重要意义。
Traditional experimental way of handling data in Millikan oil-drop experiment needs amount of calculation and has difficulty in principle understanding. Based on college students' actual software operation ability, this paper presents the application on operating experimental data by using Excel and Origin methods. The powerful drawing function of Origin Software also explains the key points of the experimental principle. The results show that the efficient data calculation is realized by using the simple formula editor with Excel and Origin. The calculation and plotting function of Origin can di- rectly explain the principle of Millikan oil-drop experiment and the difficulty in the experiment. It is significant to cultivate innovative consciousness and understanding of the experimental principle by using two methods.
