探讨不同生长年限滇重楼干物质积累量及其主要活性成分在根茎、茎、叶中的积累规律。用高效液相色谱法分别测定根茎、茎和叶中主要活性成分的含量,采用直接称重法测定不同生长年限滇重楼地上和地下部分的干物质积累量,并分析其在不同部位的积累规律。结果显示,根茎、茎、叶中重楼皂苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ及总皂苷含量具有极显著差异(P〈0.01),且不同部位所含化学成分差异较大,滇重楼地上和地下部分干物质积累量逐年增加。
The accumulation regularities of dry weight and active steroidal saponins, which were extracted from the rhizomes, stems and leaves of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis with different growth years were investigated. An HPLC method was applied to determine the active ingredients in the rhizomes, stems and leaves. A direct weighing method was used to determine the dry weight accumulation of aboveground and underground parts of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis. The results showed that there were significant differences in the contents of polyphyllin I, polyphyllin II, polyphyllin VI, polyphyllin VII and total saponins in the rhizomes, stems and leaves(P〈0.01). The chemical compositions differed in different parts, and the dry weight accumulation of the aboveground and underground parts increased yearly.
