渤南油田属典型的低渗透油田,注水水质要求达到A1级,而污水中的分散油和乳化油是污水处理的难点和重点。为给污水站的建设提供合适的污水处理工艺单元和最佳参数,通过室内模拟研究,采用生物接触氧化技术处理油田污水。结果表明,当污水停留时间为8h时,生化系统可将污水含油量由10~25mg/L降低到1mg/L以下,去除率高达96.18%,COD稳定在100mg/L以内,通过生物之间的竞争作用和高浓度的氧,有效地抑制了硫酸盐还原菌的生长,使腐蚀率控制在0.076mm/a以下。同时,该试验表明,8h为生物接触氧化处理工艺的最佳停留时间。
Bonan oilfield is a typical low permeability oilfield, the quality of injection water needs to meet the grade Alof the standard. The emulsified oil and the dispersed oil existed in wastewater are the difficulty and stress during the process of oily wastewater treatment. Aim to provide a suitable technology unit of wastewater treatment and the optimum parameters for the construction of sewage station, the dissertation made an attempt, to use biocontact oxidation technology to treat oily wastewater by the laboratory simulation. The result showed that the content of oil could be changed from 10 -25 mg/L to lower than 1 mg/L when the hydraulic retention time ( HRT)was 8 h, the highest degradation rate of oil reached 96.18% ,and the COD was lower than 100 mg/L,the sulfated-reducing bacteria could be restrained by biological competition and high concentration oxygen, the corrosion rate was controlled in less than 0. 076 mm/a. At the same time, the experimentation indicated that eight hours were the optimum HRT during the biocontact oxidation process.
