该文以计算机控制技术课程实验为分析对象,探究了计算机控制技术的教学重点和难点,并根据问题提出实验研究方案。搭建了完整的面向MCGS的液位控制系统,其内容包括组态软件,变频器和传感器、合适的PID控制方法等自动化应用技术。采用MCGS软件完成液位控制系统的人机交互界面设计,压力和流量传感器实现对水箱液位数据的采集,通过变频器驱动水泵,从而实现了对水箱液位的定值PID控制。该文综合了典型的自动化软硬件技术,搭建了计算机控制技术应用系统,有助于提升自动化学生对PID控制规律的理解,加深课堂教学和实验环节的联系,培养学生综合应用能力。
This paper takes the course experiment of computer control technology as the analysis object, explores the teaching em- phasis and difficulty of this course. The experimental research program is proposed according to the problem. A complete liquid level control system for monitor and control generated system (MCGS) is built, including automation softwares such as configuration software, the transducer and sensor, suitable PID control methods, etc. The man - machine interface of the liquid level control system is de- signed by using MCGS software. The level data of water tank is collected by the pressure and flow transmission sensors. The water pump is drove through the inverter pump. Thus the water level setting PID control is realized. This study integrates the typical automation soft- ware and hardware techniques and builds the application system of computer control technology. It helps automation major students en- hance on the understanding of proportion integration differentiation (PID) control law, deepen the class teaching and experimental link, and cultivate students comprehensive application ability.
