合成了1个多吡啶类三齿单核镍配合物,用红外、元素分析表征了该化合物并解析了其晶体结构.结果表明配合物中金属Ni(Ⅱ)中心为六配位的畸变八面体结构.利用电子光谱、荧光淬灭光谱、凝胶电泳等方法研究了配合物与DNA的相互作用,并利用MTT法测定了该配合物对体外肿瘤细胞生长的抑制能力.结果表明配合物与DNA发生一定程度的键合作用及切割活性,对MCF-7、HepG-2和SGC-7901肿瘤细胞均有一定的抑制能力.
A mononuclear nickel(Ⅱ) complex [Ni(L)(NO3)H2O]NO3, where L=4-methyl-N,N-bis(pyri- din-2-ylmethyl)aniline, has been synthesized and characterized utlizing various physico-chemical techniques. X-ray diffraction results showed that the Ni(II) center adopts a distorted octahedral geometry with hexadonor sets. The interactions of the complex with CT-DNA and BSA have been explored using absorption and emission spectral methods. The complex displayed binding propensity to CT-DNA and exhibit apparent DNA cleavage activity. In vitro cytotoxicity of the complex on tumor cells lines (MCF-7, HepG-2 and SGC-7901) have been examined by MTT and the complex showed certain inhibiting abilities to the tumor cells lines.
