目的探讨骨科罩衫式多功能病号服（简称罩衫式病号服）的研制及临床应用效果。方法自行设计并制作骨科罩衫式多功能病号服。选择骨科上肢疾病患者66例,随机分为2组：罩衫式病号服组和传统式病号服组各33例,观察临床使用效果。结果罩衫式病号服组和传统病号服组的总满意度分别为96.96%和15.15%,2组患者更换病号服所用时间分别为9.9±0.85 min和23.5±1.45min,2组患者并发症的发生率分别为12.12%和51.51%,差异比较均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论罩衫式病号服穿脱方便,其实用性、功能性更强,既可提高患者的舒适度和满意度,也更利于医护工作人员对患肢的医疗操作和病情观察。

Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of the orthopaedic smock type multi- functional hospital gown in the hospital. Methods Design and product orthopaedic smock type multi- functional hospital gown. Choose 66 upper limb orthopaedic patients,The66 cases were evenly divided into control group and observation group. the control group used the traditional hospital gown,the observation group used orthopaedic smock type multi- functional hospital gown. To observe the clinical use effect of the two groups. Results The change clothing time of the two groups were 9. 9 ± 0. 85 min and 23. 5 ± 1. 45 min respectively,the complication rates of the two groups were 12. 12%and 51. 51% respectively,the difference had statistical significance（ Conclusion 0. 05）. Conclusion the orthopaedic smock type multi- functional hospital gown were convenient- replacing,had low incidence of complications,could improve patient comfort,also advantageous to the medical staff medical operation and observation of limb.
