This paper presents a spreading codes and power allocation algorithm for Multiple-Input- Multiple-Output MC-CDMA system with channel constraint is used to limit the maximum and m multiplier method is applied to solve the optimization improve the state information available at the transmitter. Fairness inimum number of spreading codes for all users. A Lagrange constrained optimization problem. The solution of this problem requires multi-dimensional searching. A modified searching method is also proposed to convergence speed.
