风电机组主要部件的维修需要高昂的费用,针对该问题,提出一种新的风电机组动态维修策略,即状态–机会维修策略。该策略指出风机各部件的衰退过程服从比例失效模型,部件的运行状态可通过状态指示器来表述,且部件何时维修以及如何维修可通过状态指示器与维修阈值函数的比较结果来确定。当某部件状态指示器的值越过该部件状态维修阈值函数时,对该部件实施状态维修,此时,若存在其他部件的状态指示器越过自身的机会维修阈值函数,则对其实施机会维修。两条维修阈值函数可通过维修成本最小的方法确定。最后,仿真结果验证了该策略的有效性。
Faced with the expensive maintenance cost, this paper presented a new dynamical maintenance strategy applied to the main components of wind turbine, which was called condition based opportunistic maintenance strategy. In the strategy, the degradation of component was described by Weibull proportional hazards model, and the condition indicator was defined to characterize the operation condition of component, then it could be confirmed by comparing the condition indicator with the values of maintenance threshold functions to decide when and how a component need to be maintained. Condition based maintenance was implemented on a certain component if its condition indicator reached its condition based maintenance threshold function, and at 'the same time, the opportunistic maintenance of other components whose condition indicators reached their opportunistic maintenance threshold functions were also implemented. The approaches of minimizing the long-run expected cost rate were presented to determine the two threshold functions. Finally, simulation analysis was described to verify the effectiveness of the condition based opportunistic maintenance strategy.
