为建立加工番茄籽在加工番茄籽清选装置及排种器中的碰撞接触模型,结合恢复系数的基本定义,采用FASTCAM-10K系列Model 500高速摄像机、自制跌落仪及PC机构建了加工番茄籽恢复系数测试装置,对加工番茄籽的弹性特性进行了测定.试验选择目前新疆广泛种植的加工番茄品种"里格尔87-5"的种子进行研究,采用L12(31×24)混合正交试验研究各相关因素对加工番茄籽恢复系数的影响,结果表明:影响加工番茄籽法、切向恢复系数的显著影响因素为碰撞材料、下落高度和材料厚度.采用L4(23)回归正交组合试验建立了下落高度和材料厚度与法、切向恢复系数的二元线性回归模型.
To establish collision models of processing tomato seeds in seed skin cleaning device and seed sower, based on basic definition of restitution coefficient, a processing tomato seeds restitution coefficient test device was established with FASTCAM - 10K Series Model 500 high-speed camera, homemade drop instrument and personal computer. Ligeer No. 87 - 5 was chosen as test material. The results show that the significant factors on normal and tangential restitution coefficients of processing tomato seeds are im- pact material, drop height and sheet thickness. The L4 (23) orthogonal regression combination table was used to establish binary linear regression model of normal and tangential restitution coefficient for drop height and sheet thickness.
