在简要介绍超精密铣削加工试验系统的基础上,详细介绍了利用MATLAB中的sptool工具箱设计FIR低通数字滤波器的过程。对铣削力波形的滤波结果进行分析,得出滤波器的幅频参数对滤波效果的影响规律,并给出数字滤波器的设计原则。
Ultra-precision milling system is first presented in this paper. After that, it introduces the process of designing FIR low-pass digital filter by sptool toolbox in the MATLAB in detail, and analyzes the filtered result of the milling force curve. From the result, variety laws of frequency and amplitude parameters of the digital filter on filtered effect and design rifles of the digital filter are presented.
