为考察不同打顶时期以及打顶后不同时间施用仿生型信号分子(BionicsSignalMolecule,BSM)对烟草生物碱抑制效应的影响,以固相萃取一高效液相色谱法分析了云烟85在初花和盛花打顶及打顶后1h,3h和5h施用BSM对烟草生物碱的影响。结果表明:初花期打顶施用BSM对生物碱的降低幅度大于盛花期处理,且生物碱含量也低于盛花期处理;打顶后1—5h内施用BSM,烟草生物碱的含量显著降低,但对各生物碱烟碱比例的影响不显著。
Effects of various topping time and bionics signal molecule (BSM) application time on inhibition of tobacco al- kaloids were studied using Yunyan 85 aided with Solid Phase Extraction and High Performance Liquid Chromatography (SPE-HPLC). Results showed that applying BSM after initial-bloom topping resulted in higher reduction than after full- bloom topping, and alkaloids content of the former was lower than the later. Applying BSM within 1-5 h after topping can significantly lower tobacco alkaloids content while contribute no statistic difference in its proportion.
