采用差热扫描量热仪和维氏显微硬度计研究了塑性变形对Zr50Cu18Ni17Al10Ti5块体非晶合金热稳定性和硬度的影响。结果表明,随着变形量的增加,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)呈现明显的下降趋势;而晶化开始温度(Tx),晶化峰值温度(Tp)和晶化峰的焓值(ΔH)则呈现相同的变化趋势:当变形量达到80%前,呈现下降趋势,当变形量达到95%时,显著上升;硬度呈现明显的下降趋势。
The dependences of thermal stability and hardness on the strain were investigated through differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and Vickers microhardness tester. As the thickness reduction increases, the glass tran- sition temperature ( Tg ) decreases obviously, and the alterative trends of the crystallization onset temperature ( Tx ), the crystallization peak temperature (Tp)and the enthalpy of crystallization peak (ΔH)are almost the same The values will decrease until the thickness reduction reaches 80% , and then will increase obviously at 95%. At the same time, the hardness decreases with the increase of thickness reduction.
