为了对低碳经济背景下煤炭资源整合后的效果进行评价,本文基于煤炭资源整合的模糊、随机复杂性现实,结合模糊C均值聚类分析方法(FCM)和模糊神经网络(FNN)评价方法,提出了"FCMFNN"双模糊综合评价模型来对煤炭资源整合后的效果进行了实证分析和评价研究。根据聚类分析结果将市场上煤炭资源整合后的效果分为优、良、中、差4个等级,运用"FCM-FNN"双模糊综合评价模型对西山煤电集团煤炭资源整合效果进行评价,与模糊结构元理论的验证评价结果一致,从扩大组织规模和创新管理模式两方面提出了提高煤炭资源整合效果的建议。
In order to evaluate the effects of coal resources integration under the background of low carbon economy, this paper based on the reality of the fuzzy stochastic complexity of coal resources integration,combined with the fuzzy C mean clustering method (Fuzzy C means Clustering Algorithm, FCM) and fuzzy neural network (Fuzzy Neural Network,FNN) evaluation method,put forward the "FCM- FNN" double fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to analyze and evaluate the effects of the integration of coal resources. According to the results of cluster analysis, the effects of coal resources integration are divided into 4 grades: excellent,good, medium and poor. Using "FCM-FNN" double fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the coal resources integration effect of Xishan coal and electricity group, the evaluation results are consistent with the results of the fuzzy structural element theory. According to the conclusion of evaluation and analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the effects of coal resources integration from two aspects of expanding the scale of organization and the mode of innovation management.
