From broad diversification to balanced diversification to related diversification to limited diversification, the underlying emphasis and supporting theory at different stage varies. From general management skill to parenting advantage, the supporting theory focuses from generality to exclusiveness. And the management logic evolution of diversification takes on a spiral trace.
