The article defines the basic connotation and basic patterns of Internet financing by sorting out the relevant categories and reviews the impact of the financial informationalization pattern （national economy,financial markets,financial enterprises）and the research status of the factors influencing the use of the financial informationalization.It the summaries the research results of three new and typical Internet financial patterns （the third party payment,P2P,online crowdfunding）and discusses the major areas of future research prospects in Internet banking.
