采用比色法和考马斯亮蓝法分别对新鲜葡萄叶中多酚和蛋白质含量进行测定。采用滴定法、比色法分别对新疆红地球葡萄叶片供试粉末中有机酸、皂苷及黄酮的含量进行测定。结果表明,新鲜葡萄叶片中多酚含量为0.37%,蛋白质含量为1.01%。葡萄供试粉末中有机酸含量为1.59%,皂苷含量为1.11%,黄酮含量为0.50%。葡萄叶片中蛋白质含量丰富,其他4种生物活性物质成分含量高,可以作为一种可开发资源进行深入研究。
The contents of polyphenol and protein in leaves of fresh grape were determined by colorimetry and Bradford method. The contents of organic acid, soap glucoside, flavanone in grape were detected using titration and colorimetry. The results showed that there were 0.37% polyphenol, 1.01% protein in leaves of fresh grape, and 1.11% soap-glucoside, 0.50% flavanone, 1.59% organic-acid in grape leaves. The content of protein and the other four kinds of biological active were high in the grape leaves. It can be luther studied and used as a natural source of drug.
