Ruochen Liu is currently an associate professor with the Intelligent Information Processing Innovative Research Team of the Ministry of Education of China at Xidian University, China. She received her PhD from Xidian University, China in 2008. Her current research focuses on intelligent computation. Licheng Jiao received his PhD from Xi＇an Jiaotong University, China in 1990. He is currently a professor and dean of the Electronic Engineering School at Xidian University, China. His current research focuses on intelligent information processing.
