Now, the Web has become an important source of knowledge for many organizations. How to acquire knowledge from huge Web resources and provide the appropriate knowledge service to knowledge workers combined with their context, such as their ongoing tasks, solving problems, etc. , has become a key problem faced by a large number of organizations. From the philosophy of knowledge service, the concept and characteristics of organization knowledge service are described, requirements for an organization providing the Knowledge Service Using Web Resources （KSUWR） are analyzed, and the run time step and build time step integrated implementation process of organization KSUWR is proposed. Based on these, the architecture for the organization KSUWR system is put forward, and an example is given for illustrating its application and effectiveness.
