建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP—MS)法测定浒苔中Cu、As、Cd、Hg、Pb等元素含量的分析方法,对各元素的线性关系良好(r=0.9993—0.9999),检出限为0.28~2.3μg/L,元素加标回收率为83%-108%,符合痕量分析要求。并利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)与电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP—MS)联用技术对浒苔样品中的砷化学形态进行了初步探讨,发现其中砷主要以无机As(V)和某种未知的砷形态存在,推测该未知砷形态为砷糖类物质。
A method involving microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma - mass spectrometric(ICP-MS) analysis was established for the determination of five elements(Cu, As, Cd, Hg, Pb) in Enteromorpha prolifera. Good linearity of the calibration curves was obtained for all target elements(r =0. 999 3 -0. 999 9). Detection limits for these five elements were in the range of 0. 28 to 2. 3 μg/L, and the recoveries ranged from 83% to 108%. In addition, the chemical forms of arsenic including inorganic As(V) and an unknown arsenic species deduced as arsenosugar in Enteromorpha prolifera samples were quantified by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with inductively coupled plasmamass spectrometry( HPLC -ICP- MS). The speciation results were presented and the analytical merits of the technique were discussed. The technique could be applied for the quality control and safety evaluation of seafood samples.
