目的：观察参黄散贴敷神阙穴对胃癌术后患者胃肠功能的影响。方法：选取本院行胃癌手术患者69例,随机分为对照组34例和观察组35例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用参黄散贴敷神阙穴治疗。结果：观察组术后胃肠功能恢复情况、住院天数、GQOLI-74评分均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：参黄散贴敷神阙穴可以有效促进胃癌术后患者的胃肠功能恢复。

英文摘要：

Objective： To observe the influence of Shen Huang Powder（ SHP） application on Shenque（ CV 8） on gastrointestinal function recovery of patients with the operation on gastric cancer. Methods： Sixty-nine patients who accepted the operation on gastric cancer were chosen and randomly divided into the control group with 34 cases and the observation group with 35 cases. The ones in the control group were given routine treatment,while the ones in the observation group were added SHP application on Shenque（ CV 8） based on the treatment of the control group. Results： After the operation,the gastrointestinal function recovery,hospitalization length,GQOLI-74 score of the observation group were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： SHP application on Shenque（ CV 8） can effectively improve gastrointestinal function recovery of patients with the operation on gastric cancer.
