目的：观察苗药金乌健骨方治疗类风湿性关节炎（寒湿阻络证）的疗效。方法：将60例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用金乌健骨方配合甲氨蝶呤治疗,对照组采用益肾蠲痹丸配合甲氨蝶呤治疗。两组均以1个月为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后评定疗效,观察患者临床症状、体征及炎性活动指标等改善情况。结果：总有效率治疗组为93.3%,对照组为73.3%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组主要症状、体征均有明显改善（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,治疗组改善情况优于对照组（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论：苗药金乌健骨方治疗类风湿性关节炎具有较好临床疗效。
英文摘要：
Objective： To evaluate the effect of the Miao Traditional Medicine Jinwu Jiangu Decoction on rheumatoid arthritis（ Cold-dampness encumbering the collaterals ）. Methods： 60 rheumatoid arthritis patients were randomized into treatment group{30 cases}and control group（30 cases}. The treatment group was treated with Jinwu Jiangu Decoction and methotrexate. The control group was administered Yishen Juanbi Wan and methotrexate. The course of treatment is one month, and the ef- fect was evaluated three courses later, with the observation of clinical symptoms,signs and the improvement of inflammatory indices. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3% and that of the control group was 73.3%,the difference was significantl P〈0.05 }. The clinical symptoms,signs and the inflammatory indices in the two groups were significantly improved {P〈0.05, P〈0.01 }. The treatment group was superior to the control group （ P〈0.05, P〈0.01 }. Conclusion： Miao Traditional Medicine Jinwu Jiangu Decoction can provide better therapeutic effects on rheumatoid arthritis.
