采用能值分析方法对天然气制甲醇、水煤浆制甲醇、焦炉气制甲醇、黄磷尾气制甲醇和乙炔尾气制甲醇进行了分析与比较。结果表明:水煤浆制甲醇工艺环境负荷率低,能值产出率适中,能值投资率高,可持续发展指数适中,而且所产甲醇能值置换比也较低,因此该工艺优于另外4种工艺。阐述了在石油、天然气供需矛盾日益紧张的今天,我国应充分利用储量丰富的煤炭资源,大力发展水煤浆制甲醇工艺,以满足经济社会高速发展对甲醇的需求。
Methanol is a kind of important chemical raw material that has extensive uses. The processes of synthesizing methanol by using different feedstocks, such as natural gas, coal-water slurry, coke-oven gas, yellow phosphorus tail gas and acetylene off-gas were analyzed and compared by means of the emergy accounting methodology. The results showed that the process of synthesizing methanol from coke-water slurry was better than other processes because it had a low value of environmental loading ratio, middle value of emergy yield ratio, high value of emergy investment ratio, middle value of emergy index of sustainability and low value of transformity of methanol. To meet the increasing demand for methanol, China, which is short of natural gas and petroleum, should make good use of the plentiful coal to actively develop the process of synthesizing methanol from coke-water slurry.
