本文分别从电池启动过程、电极附着生物量、电极阻抗、电池性能等方面,比较了采用碳颗粒填充床、碳刷、碳颗粒-不锈钢网和碳颗粒-碳刷为阳极材料的微生物燃料电池的性能。结果表明,电池启动时间的长短及电极阻抗的大小顺序依次为:碳颗粒、碳颗粒不锈钢网、碳刷和碳颗粒-碳刷电极,而电极上附着生物量的多少呈相反顺序。碳颗粒填充床生物量最少,阻抗最大,因而其电池性能最低。而碳颗粒-碳刷复合电极上附着的生物量最多,阻抗最小,因此电池的性能最高。
From the points of start-up processes,biomass attached on the electrode,anode impedances and cell performance,the four different electrode materials as carbon granules(C), graphite fiber brush(GFB),combination of carbon granules and stainless steel mesh(SS+C) and combination of carbon granules and graphite fiber brush(GFB+C) were used as anodes to compare their performance.The results showed that the sequence in the start-up time and anode resistances was as below:CSS+CGFBGFB+C,and the biomass attached on the electrode showed the opposite trend.The power density of MFC-C was the lowest duo to its least biomass content and the largest anode impedance and the power density of MFC-GFB+C was the highest with the largest biomass and the least anode impedance.
