目的观察艾灸三阴交、合谷穴对产程的影响。方法 150例初产妇,采用单盲、随机方法分为观察组（三阴交组、合谷组、三阴交加合谷组）和对照组（非穴组、空白组）,观察组分别在三阴交穴、合谷穴施灸;非穴组腕横纹桡侧端桡动脉搏动处至肘横纹肱二头肌腱桡侧端连线的中点处施灸;空白组不做艾灸干预。分别对产妇产程、宫颈扩张、产后出血及新生儿1分钟评分进行比较。结果观察组与非穴组及对照组第一、三产程及艾灸1h、2h宫颈扩张程度5组间比较差异均有统计学意义（F=2.292;F=3.219;F=3.017;F=1.828,均P〈0.05）。观察组（三阴交穴组、三阴交加合谷组）第一产程及第三产程时间显著少于空白组（P〈0.05）;宫颈扩张程度明显大于空白组（P〈0.05）;非穴组与空白组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。第二产程比较差异无统计学意义（F=1.055,P〉0.05）。观察组产后出血及新生儿评分与非穴组及空白组间差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论三阴交穴及三阴交配伍合谷穴艾灸能缩短产程,宫颈扩张促进产程进展,对产后出血及新生儿无不良影响,是一种比较安全的催产方法。

英文摘要：

Objective To observe the effect on stages of labor by using moxibustion on Sanyinjiao acupoint and Hegu point.Methods A total of 150 cases of primipara,with randomized and single blind methods,were divided into test group（the Sanyinjiao acupoint group,the Hegu point group,both Sanyinjiao acupoint and Hegu point group）and control group（non-acupuncturev points group and the blank group）.The patients of the test group were exerted mxibustion therapy in the Sanyinjiao acupoint and Hegu point,The lying-in women of the nonacupuncturev points group were exerted moxibustion therapy in the wrist horizontal stripes of radial side radial pulse place to elbow horizontal stripes biceps tendon of the midpoint of the radial side of attachment.The blank group women were no moxibustion intervention.For maternal labor process,dilatation of cervix,postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal 1 minute score were compared.Results There were statistical significance（F=2.292;F=3.219;F=3.017;F=1.828,P 〈0.05）between first,three stages,and Moxibustion1 hours,2 hours of cervical dilatation degree among experimental group and non acupoint group and control group.The first and the third stages of the test group were significantly less than the blank group（P 〈0.05）.The degree of cervical dilatation was significantly greater than the blank group（P 〈0.05）.There was no significant difference between the non acupoint group and the blank group（P 〉0.05）,and there were also no statistically significant difference between the second labor process（F=1.055,P 〉0.05）.Postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal score among the acupuncture point groups,non-acupuncturev points group and the blank group had no statistical significance（P 〉0.05）.Conclusion Moxibustion on Sanyinjiao acupoint and Hegu point can shorten the stages of labor,does not increase postpartum hemorrhage and reduce neonatal score,and have no adverse effect on maternal and infant.
