通过对花岗斑岩、砂岩和水泥砂浆试样在25~1000℃温度范围内进行高温强度试验,分析了高温对高硫矿山高温采场顶板全孔灌浆锚索加固系统的影响,得出了一些有重要价值的结论。例如,在25~1000℃范围内,就花岗斑岩锚固系统而言,采用600℃时花岗斑岩的加热抗压和抗拉强度值进行设计即可满足工程要求。这些结论对在高温环境下或可能遭受高温影响的边坡、隧道、硐室、井巷及采场等岩体加固工程的设计和施工有着重要的参考价值。
By experimental study on strength of granite porphyry, sandrock and cement mortar at elevated temperature ranging from 25℃ up to 1000℃, influence of elevated temperature on anchoring system of fully grouted cable bolts at a high-temperature mine stope hangingwall in high-sulphur mines is analyzed. Some valuable conclusions are reached. For instance, the design according to heating compressive and tensile strengths at 600℃ can meet the needs of granite porphyry anchoring engineering projects at elevated temperature ranging from 25℃ up to 1000℃. These conclusions are helpful and beneficial to the design and construction of rock anchoring engineering projects such as slopes, tunnels, underground caverns, shafts, drifts, and mine stopes in high-temperature environment or the environment affected probably by elevated temperature.
