运用GIS-ESDA分析框架研究了浙江省研发产业空间格局的演变.结果表明:浙江研发产业呈弱集聚格局,且集聚度不断减小;热点区、次热区数量逐渐减少,且逐渐由浙西南向浙东北转移,而浙西南一直为冷点区;增长的集聚现象不显著,其增长的热点区分布与上述热点区格局比较相似;研发产业总体空间差异不断降低,且影响整个空间尺度因随机因素引起的空间差异日益减小,空间连续性和自组织性逐渐增强;从各方向发展趋势看,东南-西北、东-西方向维数较高且逐渐提升,而其他方向日益下降,其中东北-西南方向差异最大.最后从集聚效应、创新环境及技术势差等3个方面分析其驱动力,并提出相应的对策.
Based on analysis with ESDA-GIS framework, the spatial pattern evolution of R&D industry at county level in Zhejiang province was studied.The results showed that the overall agglomeration degree of R&D industry was quite low and seemed continue to drop.The number of hotspot regions and sub-hot regions transfer from southwest of Zhejiang to the northeast and gradually dwindle down, while the vast south-west re-gions of Zhejiang were always cold spot regions.As to the growth framework, the agglomeration phenomenon of R&D industry was not obvious at all, and the growth pattern of hotspot regions was very similar to the spatial pattern of the analysis about hotspot regions.The overall spatial difference of R&D industry tended to be slight, in addition, the spatial framework of R&D industry tended to be more continuous and self-organized, and the spatial variability was contributed to the influencing of the correlation rather than of the random gradu-ally.The homogeneousness of R&D industry in the directions of southeast-northwest and east-west was typical and increased, while the value of fractional dimension in the other direction continued to fall, moreover, the spatial difference in the direction of northeast-southwest was the greatest of all.Furthermore, the driving forces of the spatial pattern of R&D industry in Zhejiang were analyzed, such as the agglomeration effect, innovation environment, technical potential difference and so on.Several corresponding countermeasures were put finally forward.
