利用中国剩余定理，讨论了拟循环码的计数问题，并对1-生成元拟循环码和矿生成元拟循环码的计数问题分别进行了讨论．给出了ρ-生成元拟循环码的计数分式，其推导过程简单实用．
英文摘要：
In this paper, by use of the Chinese Remainder Theorem, we investigate the enumera- tion of quasi-cyclic codes, 1-generator quasi-cyclic codes and ρ- generator quasi-cyclic codes. The counting formula of ρ-generator quasi-cyclic codes was given and its derivation process is simple and utility.
